We’ve seen amazing progress!

Our adopted clients come to their forever homes, most of them, with neurodevelopmental gaps and often massive trauma that interferes with bonding and self-regulation, learning and social skills.

When we find gaps on their NeuroDevelopmental Movement® profile there is a great deal that NDM® has to offer.

This mother, who has been doing the program with her adopted, traumatized, non-verbal daughter for two months, has this to share about her little girl’s progress:

“She’s doing great with her exercises. We’ve seen amazing progress. One new thing is that she faces me to be rocked, wraps around me and completely relaxes to be rocked. In the past she has always faced outwards and rocked herself as we rocked. It was awkward and caused sternum pain for me after a while. She’s attached to me very well. Very much like a young toddler would do. Prefers me for everything. She started Kindergarten and actually cried not wanting to leave me, which is new. She’s doing great though. Her cognition is definitely better. Receptive language is great. We look at books and I can ask her to point to objects and she’s getting it right 100%. One year ago I don’t think she even knew what these objects were. It seems like everything is just clicking. Hopefully we’ll get some words soon.”

Please let other adoptive parents know that there is help by allowing our children to simply go through the Developmental Sequence in the loving support of their new, forever home.
