I strongly recommend looking into NeuroDevelopmental Movement® (NDM®). Bette Lamont is an excellent consultant.
We adopted our daughter at four and a half from the Ukraine. She spent her life in an orphanage and had significant delays due to her environment, including all of the ones listed in your post. We tried all types of therapies and although they helped a little, five years later we had only made limited progress. We finally found NDM®.
We have only been doing NDM® for six months and she has made TREMENDOUS progress! Our friends and relatives that don’t see her on a daily basis say she is a completely different child!
